Switch Water Pumps

Used to improve engine warm-up and reduce emissions during cold phase, the SWITCH WATER PUMP remain "OFF” until engine reach operating temperature. This product is electrically operated with power consumption less than 15W @ 12VDC. Can be assembled on existing engines due to same interfaces of conventional pump. Designed for “fail safe” operation, became a standard pump in case of electrical failure.

 Temperature Control Valves

In combination with Switch Water Pump, the TEMPERATURE CONTROL VALVE replace actual thermostatic systems with a faster response and accurate temperature control (+/- 2,5ºC). Different strategies are possible to adjust engine temperature to a instantaneous running condition. Controlled by PWM signal from ECU, this valve can keep engine always on optimal temperatures. Ideal for “flex-fuel” vehicles, where two or more temperature settings are required depending fuel being utilized. Offer excellent lay-out flexibility because is assembled between coolant hoses. Low power consumption (max 9W @12VDC). Designed for “fail safe” operation, concept to prevent engine overheat in case of electrical failure.
